Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns but can offer an exchange!

What is your exchange policy?

Due to the fact that swimwear is limited edition and made to order I can only accept exchanges for size or for any existing products listed on our site on the time of return. (excluding the cost of original shipping). This is subject to fabric availability so don’t hesitate to reach out to check if there is more in stock. 

We can only offer an exchange if the following criteria is met:

  • You must contact info@rosaswim.com within 3 days of receiving product to request exchange

  • Once exchange is approved, the item/s must be shipped back within 7 business days

  • The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place

  • Undergarments must be worn when trying on items 

  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way 

  • Returns for exchange of size or style can only occur ONCE

Are returns free?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Rosa Swim for an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us. If you request an EXCHANGE however, the shipping cost is covered when sending new item.

How long does it take for my exchange to be processed?

For an EXCHANGE of size / style - In most cases I will not have stock on hand so the item will need to be recut for you again, please reach out if this information was not provided when you made your request. A new tracking number will be issued to you via email when the item/s have been shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We hope this never happens! However, if you do receive damaged goods, please contact me immediately at info@rosaswim.com so I can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
